Staff are amazing. So helpful, patient and kind. Richie is a wonderful Optician. He is so knowledgeable and very skilled. I had suffered from double vision for 3 years. Once I became his client he listened to every word I said. He referred me to the Eye Clinic in the Whitfield, Waterford. That's when everything changed positively. His communication with the hospital was very professional when there was a query about prism lense. I would highly recommend Dore Optical. It seems expensive but worth it. Alice is wonderful. Helped me choose a trendy age appropriate frame. I wish I could remember the lovely lady who fixed my frame when I leant on them. She works behind the scenes.

I’ve been going to Dore’s Opticians for 39 years and now I bring my daughter there the past 8 years. I would not ever think of going anywhere else. Richard (now sadly retired), Richie, Alice and all the team are beyond 5*. The personal treatment, friendliness and care you receive from the moment you walk through the door is first class.
